Everybody needs time to recharge. That’s why we’re firm believers in giving our team the rest and time away necessary to come to work feeling their best.

We offer up to 15 paid vacation days a year, all federal holidays off and a two-week paid winter break in December through the New Year.

Parents & Families

We give our team the support and time they need to care for loved ones, in good times and bad.

We offer unlimited sick days (this includes the ability to take sick leave to care for a child or relative for whom you provide care).

We encourage everyone to plan for their future by offering a 401k retirement savings plan and CTCL will match employee contributions up to 4% which is fully vested.
