Alicia Barry is a Senior Research Associate at the Center for Tech and Civic Life. Before joining CTCL, Alicia was an Intern at The Campaign Workshop, a Research Assistant at Georgetown University’s States and Institutions of Governance in Latin America (SIGLA) database project, and an Intern at The Democracy Collaborative, among other positions. Alicia earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Regional and Comparative Studies with a focus on Latin America and the Middle East and a minor in Arabic from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service.
