Bianca Orozco is a Talent Manager at the Center for Tech and Civic Life. She strives to create a diverse, inclusive, and welcoming workplace. Prior to CTCL, she worked at a non-profit organization where she led a team of canvassers to register and mobilize the youth vote across the state of Arizona. Bianca has partnered with several nonprofit organizations to fight for equity, human rights, and systemic change. She spends her free time going on adventures with her partner and their tiny human.
