Catherine Gooch is a Senior Program Manager at the Center for Tech and Civic Life. Prior to joining CTCL, Catherine was a college professor, specializing in African American Studies and Southern Studies. She doubled as a project manager, creating and leading equity-driven initiatives in higher education. Catherine holds a PhD from the University of Kentucky, an MA from Xavier University, and a BA in Political Science from Eastern Kentucky University.
