Colline Miller is a Senior Campaign Manager at the Center for Tech and Civic Life. Prior to joining CTCL, she held integral roles in state legislative campaigns to pass pro-democracy policy and economic justice policy in a number of states across the country. She recently assisted in the effort to reinvigorate a local chapter of the League of Women Voters in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Colline has also previously worked for a national nonprofit organization where she trained countless organizations to run efficient, effective voter registration drives and worked to evaluate states’ performance relative to the requirements of NVRA Section 7 & Section 5. Colline holds a BA in Political Science from Elmira College and an Masters in Public Administration from George Mason University.
