Henry B. Chan is the Senior Implementation Program Manager at the Center for Tech and Civic Life. He manages the day-to-day work of the civic data team, tracking down essential candidate data necessary to foster an informed democracy. Henry originally joined CTCL as a Research Fellow in the summer of 2016 and was hired on as an Associate the following year. Prior to CTCL, Henry spent five years working at a commercial real estate firm, where he developed a desire to do mission-driven work. He holds a BA in Political Science from New York University.
