In her role as Executive Assistant at the Center for Tech and Civic Life, Morgan provides seamless support to the Executive Director, Tiana Epps-Johnson. She organizes communications and logistics for the Executive Director, so that she can perform at her highest level. Morgan completes her work with an eye for identifying inefficiencies and creating processes that streamline and simplify. Prior to her role at the Center for Tech and Civic Life, Morgan worked in support roles within a variety of industries, including non-profit, design, health, and technology. 

Morgan cares deeply about being a reliable and trustworthy teammate and is passionate about creating a supportive culture of kindness and inclusivity. She has recently moved to Chicago and enjoys exploring the city and spending time at home with her partner and cat, Cleo. She earned a BA in Journalism, Media Studies, from San Diego State University.
