Natalie Wingard is the Elections Manager at the Center for Tech and Civic Life. Prior to CTCL, she was the Social Media Coordinator at the American Public Philosophy Institute. Natalie holds a Bachelor’s of Arts in Politic, International Studies and Spanish from the University of Dallas.
