Roger Market is an Operations Manager at the Center for Tech and Civic Life. His affinity for designing, building, and improving systems and processes evolved over decades of experience in customer service, IT, and publishing. Prior to joining CTCL, he was the Director of Project Management for an educational publishing vendor, where he helped build inclusive learning materials and working environments.

Roger earned a BA in English Literature (with a History minor) from Wabash College and an MFA in Creative Writing & Publishing Arts (with a Fiction concentration) from the University of Baltimore. His MFA thesis project was a collection of linked short stories called Life on Other Moons. When he’s not spending time with his partner, friends, and family, he’s probably writing, reading, or watching something inspiring—or perhaps looking for the next indie film he’s going to produce.
