Taryn Dwyer is a Senior Training Associate at the Center for Tech and Civic Life. Prior to joining CTCL, she worked at multiple national organizations focused on voter engagement, voting rights, and building technology for elections. Taryn is a proud social worker, and holds a BSW from Siena College and an MSW from Columbia University, where she serves as an adjunct lecturer in addition to her role at CTCL.
